Safety rules for using AI Genjutsu generation workflows

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to AI Genjutsu websites, apps, billing flows, upload systems, AI generation workflows, and related services.
By using AI Genjutsu, you agree to follow this policy and our Terms of Service.
You may only upload or process portraits, faces, likenesses, reference videos, images, audio, prompts, and other materials that you own or are legally authorized to use.
You must have all required knowledge, consent, permission, and commercial rights before uploading a person's portrait, face, likeness, voice, performance, or other identifying media.
You may not use AI Genjutsu to create, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, pornographic, fetish, or sexualized content.
You may not create, upload, request, or distribute sexual content involving minors or people who appear underage.
Lawful, non-deceptive edits and animations that preserve the subject's identity are permitted. Moving a subject using a reference video's motion does not authorize replacing another person's face.
You may not swap faces or replace one person's facial identity with another's, including when all people consent.
You may not create non-consensual impersonation, deceptive likeness use, unauthorized public-figure likeness use, fraud, harassment, blackmail, or content that misleads others about whether a person said, did, or endorsed something.
You may not upload a portrait, face, likeness, reference clip, image, audio, or other media without the rights and legally required consent needed for your use.
You may not create, request, upload, or distribute credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, promotion of unlawful violence or terrorism, graphic injury or abuse, instructions that facilitate crime or self-harm, fraud, or content that infringes rights. Non-graphic fictional action, historical scenes, sports, and prevention or recovery themes are permitted when they do not promote harm or violate the other rules in this policy.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell unauthorized access, bypass moderation, bypass rate limits, bypass payment controls, or interfere with platform safety systems.
We may block prompts, uploads, generation requests, accounts, paid access, or other service activity when we believe a request violates this policy, our Terms, payment-provider rules, model-provider rules, or applicable law.
Requests rejected before generation do not consume generation credits. Failures after submission follow our Refund Policy.

AI Genjutsu is an independent product at aigenjutsu.app. It is not affiliated with Higgsfield and does not share that company's engine, accounts, or customer data. support@aigenjutsu.app is the published contact address, and the mailbox is not connected, so mail sent there is not received. Self-service account deletion is not enabled. Checkout is not connected in this version, so a listed price cannot charge a card and a refund cannot be processed from this site until payment is configured.
